Exercise 8-4 Writing Program Management Goals

Objective
To gain additional practice writing program management goals.
Develop three program management goals for the operation of a softball complex jointly operated by a local school unit and the municipal recreation department. The complex consists of 4 ball diamonds, a playground, 1 concession, and restroom facilities. It is used primarily by 2 softball leagues.
When you are finished, discuss your results with classmates. In particular, are the goals comprehensive and explicit enough (use Exhibit 8-1 in you text as a guide).
